I like to work with my customers face to face but recognise that it’s not always convenient or efficient for a client. I also want to keep my clients who move city or travel frequently and I want to grow my business outside of my local community.
We’ve all noticed people are increasingly more comfortable conducting their business online using digital tools, such as video banking, online health assessments and interviews to make their lives easier.
I use a service called Suitebox to meet clients in a secure, private, virtual room. This means we can have video meetings and discuss, complete and sign documents as if we were in the same room together.
It’s convenient and easy for you. One click on a link in an email at an agreed time is all it takes. You won’t need any training and can use your Ipad (there’s a Suitebox app), other tablet, smartphone, laptop or PC to have our meeting.
All our documents are safely stored in the Cloud with Oracle and Amazon Web Services and some or all of the meeting can be recorded and stored to provide the highest regulatory compliance and transparency.
